Terrell Suggs Speaking

Effective Date: March 20,2026

By booking or engaging Terrell Suggs Speaking (“Speaker”), the client (“Client,” “Organization,” or “Booking Party”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Privacy & Data Use

Terrell Suggs Speaking is committed to protecting the privacy of all clients, organizations, and individuals who engage with our services. Information collected during booking inquiries, contact forms, or direct communication may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization details, and event-specific information such as location, audience type, and scheduling needs. This information is used solely for responding to inquiries, coordinating speaking engagements, delivering services, maintaining communication, and supporting business operations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared only with trusted third-party providers when necessary to fulfill services—such as payment processing, scheduling, or travel coordination—or when required by law. All data is handled with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure; however, no system can guarantee complete security.

Our website may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage activity to improve functionality and user experience. Cookies or similar technologies may be used, and users may adjust their browser settings to manage these preferences.

Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion of their information where applicable by contacting us directly.

2. Services Provided

Terrell Suggs Speaking provides professional speaking services for athletes, teams, schools, businesses, and organizations. Engagements may include keynote speaking, workshops, panels, leadership development sessions, or customized presentations. Content is tailored to the audience and agreed objectives, with a focus on leadership, discipline, growth, athlete development, business insight, and long-term performance.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All speaking engagements must be confirmed in writing. A booking is secured only after both parties agree to the event details and any required deposit has been received. Event details include date, time, location, audience type, duration, and scope of services.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Speaking fees will be agreed upon prior to confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure the booking date. All deposits are non-refundable once the engagement is confirmed, as the date is reserved and other opportunities may be declined.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule, typically prior to the event unless otherwise specified. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If the Client needs to reschedule, reasonable notice must be provided. The Speaker will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date; however, rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date.

Cancellations by the Client will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Additional fees may apply if cancellation occurs close to the event date.

If the Speaker must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, payments made will be refunded or applied to a future date, as agreed upon by both parties.

6. Travel & Accommodations

For events requiring travel, the Client agrees to cover or arrange reasonable travel and accommodation expenses unless otherwise agreed. This may include airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and meals. Travel details must be finalized in advance.

7. Event Requirements & Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary event details and ensuring a suitable environment for the Speaker. This includes venue setup, audio/visual equipment, scheduling coordination, and audience readiness. Any special requirements must be communicated in advance.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All presentation materials, content, and intellectual property remain the property of Terrell Suggs Speaking. The Client may not record, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any portion of the presentation without prior written consent.

9. Media & Promotion

The Client may promote the engagement using approved materials. Use of name, image, or likeness must remain professional and aligned with the agreed purpose. Recording, live streaming, or media distribution requires prior approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

Terrell Suggs Speaking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the engagement. While high-value, practical content is delivered, outcomes may vary based on audience participation and application.

11. Children’s Privacy

Terrell Suggs Speaking does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without appropriate consent. Any such information identified will be removed.

12. Governing Terms

These terms represent the full agreement between the Client and Terrell Suggs Speaking unless otherwise modified in writing.

13. Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting a booking request or engaging Terrell Suggs Speaking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above and agree to operate in good faith to ensure a successful engagement.
